Our services
We try to keep things simple by working on a time block of $75 per 15 minutes. In order not to rush and build rapport, we recommend a 30 minute block for most targeted consultations and a 60 minute block (including 15 minute reporting timme) for comprehensive health checks. Many patients may be eligible for Medicare rebates (AU) or PHO special funding (NZ), which may be used to partially subsidise your fees.
Medical & Mental Health Review
Medical or Mental Health Review - including Sexual Health checks. We recommend a targeted appointment of 30 minutes including a brief summary and recommendations emailed to you. Having a time limit helps us focus on the essentials and provide accountability to achieve our shared goals. We work alongside a range of public and private specialists who can offer timely reviews for more complex health conditions. We do not routinely offer urgent time-critical appointments - which would be best offered by our partnering GPs or local Urgent Care Clinics.

Men’s Health Coaching
Dr Wee is embarking on health coaching training, and some of the health coaching principles will be incorporated all his services. Specific health coaching sessions will be offered at a discount. Our special interests lie in the area of primary mental health and male sexual dysfunction. However, if you require specific coaching on other areas like neurodiversity, specific addiction, nutrition, exercise and healthy habits - we work with other specialised coaches and can point you to the right direction.

Well Men’s Check
We offer tailored preventive screening. Different GPs or Executive Health clinics have various checklist, that they use. Rather than an ad-hoc approach, we recommend using a cheklist so that we don’t miss anything essential like the American Urological Association or the American Society of Men’s Health which strikes a balance of overinvestigation and underinvestigation, both are possibly harmful. We recommend an appointment of 60 minutes including a summary and recommendations emailed to you. Additional testing can be arranged in the clinic or at a local testing centre.

Male Fertility & Pre-Vasectomy Consultations
These consultations are more biomedically based, therefore have shorter consultation time which includes history taking, concise examination, recommended testing and management plan. Many vasectomy patients prefer to have the vasectomy on the same day, hence if you have a relatively “uncomplicated” anatomy, it would be more practical for you to book directly have a vasectomy with me at www.thecooperclinic.co.nz
